An invitation to an evening about legacies

Posted on Tuesday 3 January 2012
You are invited to an evening seminar (specifically for PCC members) about legacies.

Its aim is give all the information you need to help explain to church members how they can leave a gift in their Will directly to your church.

The seminar is being offered at six venues across the Diocese to make travel easier. This is not about selling anything to anyone – it is talking about why leaving a gift is worthwhile and beneficial for the growth and development of God’s Kingdom, and we have also developed a leaflet which churches can use which expresses practically how to put that thought into action.

The venues are;

  • Wednesday 18 January, 7.30 – 9pm
    The Assembly Rooms, Market Place, Swaffham PE37 7QH

  • Tuesday 24 January, 7.30 – 9pm
    Belsey Bridge Conference Centre, Ditchingham, Bungay NR35 2DZ

  • Friday 27 January, 7.30 – 9pm
    Heritage Wills, 13 Hellesdon Park Road, Drayton High Road, Norwich NR6 5DR
  • Tuesday 31 January, 7.30 – 9pm
    St Mary’s Church, Church Street, Attleborough NR17 2AH
  • Wednesday 1 February, 7.30 – 9pm
    Horstead Centre, Rectory Road, Horstead NR12 7EP
  • Thursday 23 February, 7.30 – 9pm
    Pilgrim Hall, Anglican Shrine, Common Place, Walsingham NR22 6BP
