One year from today... the Clergy Conference

Posted on Sunday 9 September 2012
In exactly a year’s time the Norwich Diocesan Clergy Conference will begin at the University of Hertfordshire.

The dates for your diary are Monday 9th to Thursday 12th September 2013

The theme of the conference is to be ‘Deepening Vocation’ and will include plenary sessions with a variety of speakers, workshops exploring different aspects of the theme, worship and some free time. It is hoped that, as well as thinking about some important themes, coming together in this way will enable friendships to be formed and deepened among those engaged in ministry across the diocese in a variety of settings and roles.

I am sure you will be pleased to hear that the conference is being funded through grants and sponsorship.

It is expected that all stipendiary licensed clergy and licensed lay workers will attend. Non-stipendiary clergy and licenced lay workers are warmly encouraged to attend if secular work commitments will allow them to do so.

More information will be sent out over the course of the year, but do please ensure that these dates are set in your diary.
