Charity Christmas card shop returns

It's that time of year to start think about getting your Christmas cards!

And once again The Original Norwich Charity Christmas Card Shop will be open at The Assembly House in Norwich.

Open from 15th October to 15th December, Mon -Sat 9.30 -5pm, all proceeds go to local and national charities.

Mothers' Union Festival Service

The Diocesan President and Board of Trustees of the Mothers' Union invite you to their Festival Service on the 10th October at 11.00am in Norwich Cathedral. 

Worldwide president from the Mothers' Union Rosemary Kempsell will be preaching.

You are also welcome to take part in the procession. If you would like to attend, please contact the Mothers' Union Office on 01603 880853 or munorwich@googlemail.com.

'Core Skills for Children's Work' - price reduction

The popular ‘Core Skills for Children’s Work’ course which begins in Dersingham on 9th October has been reduced in price from £30 to £18, and it’s not too late to book your place on the course.

Cathedral Confirmation Service

The next Cathedral Confirmation service is on Saturday 3rd November at 11am.

If you have candidates you would like to put forward, the application form and scheduled list of confirmation services around the Diocese can be found here

The deadline for applications is Friday 19th October.

Soul Circus

14th October St Margaret's Church King's Lynn
6.30pm

Why priests wear the clothes they do.  What is their significance? What are vestments? What do they have to do with Holy Communion? Soul Circus will be asking these questions

Bishop Jonathan will preside, and the service will  will use a mixture of modern music, ancient liturgy and modern technology to journey through Holy Communion. 

All are welcome.
