24 Hour Singathon raises thousands for Norfolk Church

Posted on Wednesday 3 October 2012
All Saints Church in Salhouse hosted a 24 hour Singathon, and has already raised over £6,000.

The event saw over 500 people take part, and they were watched not only by an audience in the church, but by viewers all over the world as the event was broadcast live on the internet.

Viewers were treated to a variety of music, from traditional hyms to African music - sung by groups and soloists alike.

The singathon was all in aid of a building project for the church to create new kitchen and toilet facilities.

You can watch a video of the singathon and you can still donate here
