Music Day on 25 April: Request for Stewards

Posted on Wednesday 1 April 2009
I am delighted that the response to the Music Day has been so good. Bookings are close to 300 so far and there is still time to book!

Dear Colleagues,

I am writing now to ask if you could help me find 12 people (if there are more all to the good) who would be willing to volunteer as stewards on the day.  It would mean being 'on duty' for the whole day; arriving for a 9.00 am briefing in Emmaus House and ending after the final worship at 5.00 pm.  It would involve being at a particular venue, helping participants get from one workshop to another and helping guest presenters settle into their venues.  It would mean making the steward role the primary focus of the day.

If you or anyone in your congregation would like to volunteer I would be very grateful.  I am not able to offer great financial reward, but certainly stewards would come at no cost to themselves, lunch and refreshments during the day would be provided - and I think it will be great fun!

Any help you could give would be tremendous.  To find out more or to volunteer please contact me or Rosie Sethia on 01603 729818 or rosie.sethia@norwich.anglican.org

With thanks and sincerely yours

Cathy Nicholls
