Open Churches Week Booklet - 1st May deadline

Posted on Tuesday 14 April 2009
For the first time we will be producing a new A5 booklet listing every church in the Diocese open during the week, which will be distributed to the many Tourist Information Centres across the Diocese and churches taking part.

A Gentle Reminder…

Open Churches Week takes place from 1st – 9th August this year across the Diocese.  We hope that you will want to take part!

If you haven’t done so already please complete the Application Form and return to Jennie Hawks, even if you only want to be open and not have events or exhibitions on, as the new comprehensive guide will be put into production in the week following the 1st May deadline.  If you don’t let us know that your church is open we won’t be listing it as open!

As before, to take part please download the following:

- Help Sheet/Guidelines at http://www.norwich.anglican.org/visiting/documents/OpenChurchesWeek2009-Guide.doc

- Application Form at http://www.norwich.anglican.org/visiting/documents/OpenChurchesWeek2009-Form.doc

For further information please get in touch with me on 01379 677843 or jennie.hawks@norwich.anglican.org
