A note has been sent to all Clergy, forwarded by the Chancellor, dealing with the subject of parental responsibility.

Below is a link to a note forwarded by the Chancellor, dealing with the subject of Parental Responsibility, which I think has been prepared by Mr Justice Mark Hedley, who is Paul Downes' opposite number in Liverpool, and a very experienced High Court Judge dealing with family and related matters.
