Online CRB Process - Update for Clergy

There has been some confusion over whether clergy can run a CRB check on themselves under the new paperless process.
The answer is no.
The new Online Paperless Process for CRB Disclosures is only applicable to the checking of volunteers and employees of the PCC by the Named Person for the parish. CRB checks on clergy continue to be initiated by the Bishop's Office under the procedures used to date.
