Building on previous experience, the day will help improve skills and learn more about what helps and hinders listening.

Participants will be asked to commit themselves to the whole day and to be clear from the outset that their main need is for training rather than personal emotional support.

Participants will need to be prepared to participate in a variety of exercises which will include sharing personal experiences.
