This residential conference is for those who have been appointed to incumbency or priest in charge posts in the previous six to nine months. It aims to help those in these posts to work on some of the practical skills required to lead a parish.
The topics will include: mission; PCC/APCM; worship; Help, I'm a church lawyer!; faculties; PCC finance and working with lay people in the parish.
