Groups are encouraged to 'make the Global Leadership Summit a team investment and be envisioned, encouraged and equipped as you pursue the unique mission God has given your church and organisation'.
Organised by Willow Creek, session leaders include Bill Hybels, Bono, Tim Keller, and Wess Stafford.
Talks will be given via video link throughout the conference.
The Summit recognises that 'in the face of cultural upheaval, economic crisis, and escalating human need our world calls out for leaders who will persevere: who will maintain their character, intergrity, and resolve' and offer the opportunity to 'join with other leaders as we stand together to confront the challenges facing us'.
