Creating Interactive Story

Let me tell you a story.  Are you sitting comfortably?  This is the traditional way of storytelling which is wonderful if you can hold the children's attention. 

But how can you involve children in the story, fire up their imagination and help them become part of the storytelling themselves?

Michelle Woodhouse, Divisional Children's officer for the Salvation Army (Anglia region), will guide you through different techniques of creating an interactive story.  You will also discover how to do the alphabet in sketchboard style writing.  Breaking into small groups, you can enjoy creating an interactive story for yourselves, and sharing it with the rest of the group.
