Cynthia studied with Thomas Keating, the Cistercian Abbot who was one of the architects of the Centering Prayer movement.
Over the Friday evening and all day Saturday Cynthia will lead us into the form of Meditation and prayer pioneered by Thomas Keating at St Benedict’s Monastery, Snowmass.
The Masterclass will be a combination of teaching, practical exercises and guided meditation, to enable you to develop your own practice, under guidance given by Cynthia.
There will then be extra opportunity to be at a unique Eucharist celebrated at St Augustine’s Old Church on the Sunday Morning.
We hope the weekend will have a lasting impact on all our lives, and we intend to set up a support programme for all those interested in further work.
