Once more clebrity scarecrows will be popping up to catch people unawares as the visit Loddon on 12th and 13th july 2008. On Saturday there will be a scarecrow trail, Noahs animals hiding around the village, and much more. on Sunday parachuting teddies from the church tower. Come and enjoy the fun!
This is the 3rd year we have run the festival and it is popular wirh locals and tourists alike. On the Saturday there will be free concerts by Loddon Brass Band and on Sunday we will have an open air scarecrow service next to Loddon Staithe. Scarecrows made by local organisations will be located along the high street, in the churchyard and in the church. Visitors get tto vote for their favourite scarecrow. Programmes and Maps cost £1 on the Church Plain.
