Annual PCC forms

There are a range of forms and statements PCCs are required to complete each year.

Anyone can download the annual finance forms, but the Parish Persons Form, CCLA Statements and Parish Share Online area all require you to sign in as they contain information specfic to your parish(es).

All forms can can be returned electronically to save parishes postage costs.

• Annual Parish Persons Form

  Check and update key parish contacts (names, addresses, etc.)

• CCLA Statements

  Download the annual statements for CCLA accounts, if your PCC has any.

  View your past and present Parish Share payments.

• Check if your parish forms have been received

  A simple search facility to see if the Diocese has recieved your completed forms.

• APCM Forms

  Forms which can be used as part of the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.
