On the 6th January 2012, an Annual Parish Return Forms pack was sent, by post, to all PCC Secretaries. This pack included all paper copies of the forms that parishes are required to complete on an annual basis along with additional resources to assist the parish.
The contents of this pack has been replicated below for those who wish to view/complete documentation online.
All forms can be returned electronically to save parishes postage costs.
The Parish Strength Calculation Form should be sent to your Deanery Assessor, you can obtain contact details for them by following this link.
The Statistics for Mission and Return of Parish Finance Forms can be e-mailed to annual.forms@norwich.anglican.org or sent using the 'Submit Form' button.
When clicking the 'Submit Form' button, you will be asked to select your email client, please read the options presented and ensure that you select the option which relates to you as if the wrong option is
selected, the form will not be received by the Diocese.
If you are unsure of
which email system you use, please select the second option, save the attachment and email
the saved attachment to annual.forms@norwich.anglican.org
Parishes are also required to send the Diocese and their Deanery Assessor a copy of their Annual Accounts. Please e-mail these to annual.forms@norwich.anglican.org or return a copy to Diocesan House, 109 Dereham Road, Easton, Norwich NR9 5ES
The Insurance Survey should be completed by the individual who is responsible for the PCC insurance cover.
