How do I leave a Legacy if I have a Will?

Many people already have a Will in place and it still reflects their wishes, so if all they want to do is add their church in as a beneficiary, Heritage Will Writers are pleased to offer a free Codicil service.

A Codicil is a separate document, detailing the changes required in a Will, kept with the existing Will so that those changes can be acted upon when the time comes, without the need to change the whole Will.

So your Codicil can be prepared and delivered ready for your signature completely free of charge as long as the change made to your Will is for the purpose of adding or increasing the legacy you want to leave to your church. Other changes to your Will can also be incorporated in the codicil if required at the same time.
