UPDATE - 19th April 2013

The Lotus Symphony version will be uploaded to the website in early April.
If you encounter any macro or security warnings when using the workbook, please refer to the PAT Troubleshooting link to the left of the screen.
If you have downloaded the workbook before the 19th April, you may notice some small issues (mainly around formatting and column width). To correct these, please download the Fixes file and follow the instructions.
In order for the Lotus Symphony version to work, you will need to download and install IBM Lotus Symphony on your computer, to do this click here. There is a guide below to walk you through the downloading process.
