2) Meeting Matt: introducing Matthew’s book in multi-sensory ways to children
(led by the Youth and Children’s Taskforce)
3) Through Synoptic Spectacles: how Matthew relates to the other gospels
(led by the Norwich Diocesan Ministry team)
4) The Marks of Matthew: a study of the key characteristics of his writing
(led by The Revd John Proctor and The Revd Dr Mike Thompson)
5) The Story Screened: a look at Matthew’s passion and resurrection narrative
with the help of Pasolini’s 1964 film
6) Artistic Angles: encountering Matthew through the visual arts
The concluding Eucharistic worship, Feast on the Mountain, will be specially devised, Matthew’s own wording and insights influencing its shape and feel at every turn.
