Cameroon

Chad
Holy Trinity, Norwich, sponsors Lancashire based Colin & Jean Bearup. Colin visits Chad twice a year furthering translation of Scripture into Chadian Arabic.

Congo

Graham Steel has had, in his previous appointment in the Diocese of Chelmsford, extensive contacts with the Kenyan dioceses of Embu, Kirinyaga, Mbeere and Meru.

Tanzania

Uganda
Sylvia Webster, Attleborough, together with three nursing colleagues from the Norwich Community Hospital, has set up a small charity ('Uganda Support Fund') providing direct support to a small number of schemes in Jinja.

Adrian Miller, curate in Tas Vallet Team, is linked with and has visited the Revd Medad Birungi, head of World Shine Ministries and based in Kampala and Kabale.

Thurton benefice has links with a Babies Home.

Zambia
Tivetshall St Margaret supports Peter and Susan Rivett in Lusaka through USPG

Holy Trinity, Norwich, sponsors Liz Bennett who works as a nurse in North Western Zambia (through SIM).

Erpingham sponsors USPG project 129, a clinic at St Francis Hospital, Katete, in Zambia which is where Eleanor Faulknor, wife of current Incumbent of Erpingham, worked as a mid-wife for 2 years in mid-70’s.

Zimbabwe
