The Horstead Centre is the Diocese of Norwich's residential activity centre, based in the Old Rectory at Horstead on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. It provides a place for young people to develop their spiritual, physical, intellectual and social capacities within a caring Christian community. Groups are also welcome to come for the day. Coots sailing holidays for young people are run annually.

The Centre offers a range of water and land-based activities including RYA training, and has recently been refurbished providing dormitory accommodation for residential groups of young people or adults.
