The purpose of the fund is to enable more young people to connect with the Christian Gospel and develop their faith within the life of the church.  It affirms projects and proposals that share the Good News of Jesus Christ in ways that make sense to young people. 
The closing date for applications is 11th August 2008.  No applications will be accepted after this date.

• Grants of £200 - £3000 are available for projects within the Anglican community of Norwich Diocese
• Match funding is not required, however there is a normal expectation of additional local funding. 
• Successful applicants will receive grants in October/November 2008. Applications for projects started before this dare will not be favoured.
• Young people from individual churches, groups of churches, or schools may apply; ecumenical projects are supported where Anglicans are fully involved.
• The total fund available to the Diocese of Norwich is approx £15,000. 

Applications should:

• be made by young people for projects that will develop with their active involvement.
• have clear aims and objectives and involve appropriate consultation
• be aimed at the 11-20 age group
• show how young people who make a Christian commitment will be able to nurture and develop their faith.
• show an understanding of equal opportunity issues and child protection procedures.

To support work with youth and children within the Anglican community of Norwich Diocese are available. Maximum Grant: £100.
